1. No payment to request
You can request any transfer, tour or package without paying. We first confirm availability and the final price in writing; only then do we ask for payment.
2. Accepted payment methods
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) through a secure payment link.
- PayPal.
- Bank transfer to our account in Peru (USD or PEN).
- Cash to the driver (USD or PEN), for transfers and day tours only.
Card and PayPal payments may include the processor’s fee, which is always shown before you pay. International bank transfer fees are paid by the sender.
3. When to pay

| Packages and tailor-made trips | 30% deposit to confirm the booking; the balance no later than 30 days before arrival. |
| Trains and Machu Picchu tickets | 100% at the time of booking, as they are purchased immediately and are personal and non-refundable. |
Bookings made less than 30 days before arrival must be paid in full at confirmation.
4. Currency
Our prices are in US dollars. Payments in Peruvian soles are calculated with the exchange rate of the payment date.
5. Cancellations and refunds

Refunds are made through the same payment method within 15 business days. Bank or processor fees already charged are not refundable.
6. Invoices
We issue an electronic receipt (boleta) or invoice (factura) for every payment. If you need an invoice for a company, send us its tax details before paying.
7. Security
We never ask for your card details by email, phone or WhatsApp. Card payments are processed only through secure links of our payment provider.
