How does a private transfer work?

Your driver waits for you at the agreed place (airport arrivals hall, train station or hotel lobby) with a name sign, helps with your luggage and takes you directly to your destination. The vehicle is only for your group.

Is the price per person or per vehicle?

All transfer and tour prices are per vehicle, not per person. Choose the vehicle that fits your group and luggage — the price is fixed and confirmed before you travel.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We monitor your flight for free. Your driver adjusts the pick-up time automatically and you have 60 minutes of free waiting time after landing.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes. Cancellations and changes are free up to 24 hours before departure. Just write to us by WhatsApp or email.

Can we make stops on the way?

Of course! Viewpoints, markets, ATMs or a quick coffee: short sightseeing stops are part of the experience. For long stops, ask us and we will add them to your itinerary.

Do the drivers speak English?

Our drivers are professional, friendly and speak English and Spanish. Guides in other languages are available on request.

How do I pay?

You can request your booking without paying. Once confirmed, you can pay by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer or in cash to the driver (USD or PEN).

Do you have child seats and oxygen?

Yes. Child seats are free on request and all our vehicles carry oxygen for high-altitude routes.
